Requirements • Graduation in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems, Automation, Software Engineering or similar; • Solid understanding of internal combustion engine operation; • Knowledge or academic experience related to the automotive industry (not mandatory); • Strong background in fluid dynamics and physical system modeling; • Familiarity with fuel injection systems; • Basic understanding of embedded software and vehicle control/calibration strategies. Activities • Develop and validate physics-based models for fuel flow in injection systems; • Apply principles of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics in combustion engine contexts; • Collaborate on vehicle control strategies and calibration tasks; • Interface with embedded software requirements and system-level constraints; • Analyze experimental data and adjust models accordingly; • Work alongside cross-functional engineering teams in an automotive environment.
