A client of ours in the healthcare sector, focused on body dynamics and movement functionality, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. We are looking for a professional who has experience in standarizing and creating processes for the franchisees implantation: Key Responsibilities: • Develop, create, document, and standardize operational processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and franchise requirements. • Create and maintain comprehensive operational manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for franchisees. • Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience. • Train and support franchisees on best operational practices, tools, and systems. • Monitor franchisee compliance with established operational guidelines and provide guidance on corrective actions when necessary. • Keep up with industry trends and franchise regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive advantage. We are looking for a highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in operations, process management and optimization, and franchise development—preferably in a global environment.
