Requisitos: • Master of Science degree in Engineering; • Good understanding of Powertrain systems; • Customer-focused, trustworthy, and results-driven; • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in product development, quality, and/or verification in the Powertrain area; • Experience using quality tools such as FMEA to identify failure modes and mitigation actions, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), or the 8D process, etc; • Knowledge in the reliability field; • Experience with setting requirements for components and systems; • Fluent in English (written, spoken, and listening). Atividades: • Ensure, maintain, and develop product reliability knowledge over time across different brands, segments, markets, and applications; • Manage networks within the organization and globally in the reliability domain; • Develop, deploy, and support training materials related to reliability engineering; • Work on New Product Development (Project Environment); • Translate product targets into product requirements alongside the project team; • Define requirements and verification methods to validate the agreed product feature level; • Ensure effective verification and validation plans for product development through reliability engineering; • Develop and provide inputs for product reliability feature roadmaps; • Work with Running Products in the Field (Maintenance Environment); • Monitor product reliability evolution for different brands, segments, and applications in the market; • Synchronize product reliability between current and new products; • Identify, address, and monitor emerging and/or critical reliability issues over time.
